Dining And Partying In Rimini

Sophisticated and stylish are two words that best describe this provincial capital in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy.  While not as well-known with foreign visitors, Italians know a great local holiday spot best and Rimini is a decidedly popular destination for domestic tourists throughout the year.

Activities in Rimini revolve around the surrounding Adriatic Sea and fine dining.  Beachside restaurants abound, along with many outdoor venues for romantic evenings near the water and under the stars.  A smattering of the best restaurants in the region abound in Rimini’s streets.  Stroll along Lo Squero, Marinelli and Il Lurido for an endless choice in gourmet meals.

Fresh fish, of course, is standard fare, along with seafoods, pasta and a selection of international cuisine.  Do dress up for your meals and night about town – Rimini is a fashionable city and characters always seem well-turned out.

Nightlife is lively in Rimini but moreso in neighboring Riccione, hailed as the clubbing capital of Italy.  With  its wealth of party venues a mere short drive away, you won’t run out of choices for a nocturnal night of bliss, that’s for certain.
